All products containing caviar and smoked salmon should be refrigerated upon receipt and kept cool until you're ready to enjoy them. These should be consumed within 3 days of receiving.

Graze Boxes and products containing fruits, cheese, or cold cuts should also be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 24 hours.

Dips and spreads such as Truffle Cream Cheese, French Onion Dip, and Chicken Liver Pâté must be kept refrigerated and can be enjoyed within 2 weeks. Just be sure to tightly secure the lid before storing.

Please ensure that the Caviar Pie, Smoked Salmon Mousse, or any product containing caviar and smoked salmon is packed in an insulated bag with plenty of ice for long-distance travel.

We kindly request that order confirmations be made at least one day prior to your preferred delivery or pick-up date. Please note that some dates may be unavailable due to maximum capacity or pre-scheduled events.
