  1. Do you have a lead time? 
Our Sélection de Caviar is available daily. You may order our Graze Boxes and Boards on the same day but may be subject to availability.
For orders placed within the same day, kindly checkout and get in touch with us via Instagram direct message. Last call for orders shall be at 3:00PM.
For custom Graze Boxes or Board, kindly order 2 days ahead.

 

  1. May I order for another recipient?

Oui! Kindly proceed to checkout and fill out the requested information. For orders placed for another recipient, booking and delivery fee will be automatically done and paid by our team. Remaining delivery fee shall be sent and communicated with you. Kindly pay remaining delivery fee on the day of delivery.

  1. How should I store my purchases?
Products which contain cheese and cold cuts must be kept refrigerated.
For our Sélection de Caviar, keep refrigerated and consume within two days.
For Graze Box and Boards, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
 
  1. How to consume the Caviar Pies?
Spread a generous serving of caviar pie (make sure you get all layers) on top of the cracker, squeeze the lemon, and take a bite. Bon appétit!
  1. May I request for an additional bottle of wine? Does it include wine? 

Request for an additional bottle of wine may be accepted subject to availability. Get in touch with us via Instagram direct message after sending your orders on this site.

For Le Petit Cœur Set, a bottle of Möet et Chandon Mini Rosé Imperial is included. For a different bottle of wine, kindly send us a direct message via Instagram.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via Paypal or bank transfer to BDO, BPI, or GCash.

  1. What is the delivery method? Can I have my orders picked up?

  1. Do you ship your products nationwide or internationally?

Pardon. We currently accept orders only within the National Capital Region of the Philippines.

If you wish to bring our products for a trip, you may place an order and have it delivered to your address in Manila. Bring it with you via air or land transportation but make sure to pack it in an insulated bag or cooler with lots of ice.
